BodyEVOLV Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions governing all purchases from BodyEVOLV (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the provisions set out below.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged on arrival.

  • This Policy applies to all purchases made via our website, social media platforms, or any other sales channels operated by BodyEVOLV.

  • Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or waive any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”), to the extent applicable.

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

  • You must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, you are required to notify us in writing within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery at bodyevolvhealth@gmail.com.

  • Your notice must include:

    • Clear photographs and/or video evidence of the damage or defect;

    • Proof of purchase (order number and receipt);

    • Packaging photographs (to confirm whether damage occurred in transit).

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the above requirements are not met.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request has been received and reviewed, we will notify you in writing of the outcome.

  • If approved, you may be required to return the damaged or defective product to us at the return address we provide.

  • Upon receipt and inspection, if the defect/damage is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will only cover the purchase price of the product. Shipping fees, customs duties, or any additional charges are strictly non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds and returns will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect product selection;

  • General dissatisfaction where the product is not defective or damaged;

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions;

  • Products damaged after delivery;

  • Any request made after the 7-day notice period.


5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Unless otherwise determined by us in writing, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product.

  • If the product is found to be defective or damaged on arrival, we will bear the cost of return shipping or provide an alternative resolution at our discretion.

  • If the return is rejected, you will be responsible for arranging collection of the product.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • BodyEVOLV’s liability is limited strictly to the replacement of defective goods or a refund as set out in this Policy.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, business, or data.

  • Except as required by the CPA, no other warranties (express or implied) shall apply.
