HCG - Pregnyl is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin supplied as a 5000 IU vial. It is commonly used for fertility support and certain clinical/hormonal protocols. Follow medical guidance for use and dosing.

Reconstitution & Administration

  1. You inject 2 ml bacteriostatic water from the bacteriostatic water vial into the vial of the peptide. 1 full syringe is 1ml.
  2. Wait for the vial powder content to dissolve ON ITS OWN. DO NOT SHAKE THE VIAL TO MIX POWDER. Once dissolved and clear in colour, draw the required dosage.
  3. Administer 250-10000 IU intramuscularly (IM) or subcutaneously (SC) per week, as directed by your healthcare provider. Dosage varies widely based on goals (e.g., post-cycle therapy or fertility support); consult your provider for a tailored plan. Use a new, sterile needle for each injection and follow proper reconstitution and injection protocols.

A vial should last: 1-139 days.
