PT-141 (Bremelanotide) is used to support sexual function and intimacy. This 10mg vial is intended for dosing under guidance from a healthcare professional.

Reconstitution & Administration

1. You inject 2 mL of sterile bacteriostatic water from the bacteriostatic water vial into the peptide vial. 1 full syringe is 1 mL.
2. Wait for the vial powder to dissolve on its own — do not shake the vial. Once dissolved and clear, draw the required dosage.
3. Administer 500–1000 mcg intramuscularly (IM) or subcutaneously (SC) once daily, preferably in the evening, as directed by your healthcare provider.
4. Use a new, sterile needle for each injection and follow safe injection protocols.

Each vial provides approximately 10–20 days of use depending on dosing and handling.
